Caroline Simon

Partner notary since 2019

Caroline Simon joined the Office in 2012 in the Family and Heritage Law Department, which she leads and develops alongside Julien Lauter. She was appointed as a notary in 2016, and then as a partner in 2019.

She is committed to assisting clients in all stages of their personal lives, the conclusion of a marriage contract, the transfer of their estate, or the settlement of an inheritance or divorce, which she has made her speciality.

Caroline Simon has developed recognised expertise in legacy strategy, acquired in cross-sectional files, requiring mastery of family heritage and corporate law.

Formation

  • She graduated from the Université de Nantes and holds a Higher Diploma of Notary Studies from the Université de Paris II.
