Muriel Mignard

Partner notary since 2010

Joined the Rochelois Office in 2004, appointed as a notary in 2008 and then as a partner in 2010, Muriel Mignard has been head of the Structured Credit department since 2007

Specialised as soon as she joined Structured Credit, Muriel Mignard has developed this speciality within the Office in order to make it essential in this field. Through the establishment of a fully dedicated team, large and major files (both due to their magnitude and their structuring) were thus able to be addressed and the client network was diversified and expanded. The technical nature of the area but also the richness of the exchanges with the contact people of the files and the challenges posed by this matter are all exciting elements that incited her to invest in this demanding field whose DNA is bespoke.

She teaches and participates in commissions and circles of reflection on the evolution of French law of security interests. She also participates in academic-themed symposiums on the notarial profession, law of obligations and law of security interests, and posts articles in specialised journals (Revue des contrats, La Semaine Juridique).
