His past experience before joining the Rochelois Office had already specialised Philippe Leroy-Vivien in corporate real estate, bank financing and Real Estate Leasing.
He pursued this route to rue Bayen in the service of both institutional, investor and operational clients to support their financing operations.
With this experience, along with Anne Béchu and Bénédicte Lecarpentier, he leads the service of 20 notaries and employees dedicated to these financial operations.
Joined the Office in 2010, appointed as a notary since 2014, Philippe Leroy-Vivien is a partner since 2019.

- He graduated from the Université de Paris X Nanterre and holds a Higher Diploma of Notary Studies.
