As the notary’s main profession, our notaries and employees of the Real Estate Sales and Banking Services provide both individuals and investors with their expertise and tailor-made advice to guide them in the purchase or sale of real estate projects.
We accompany our clients on any related issues including property ownership, financing, co-ownership, drafting of articles of association, contributions to companies and tax.
We have developed significant expertise in pre-contracts, deeds of sale and sharing, co-ownership regulations, real estate loans, co-ownership regulation changes, the incorporation of companies and merger contributions.
Through our profession as notaries, we are also the natural and privileged intermediary of individuals, to whom we bring solutions on a daily basis to deal with increasingly complex legal and tax issues.
Part of our team is dedicated specifically to this consulting activity: it is by the two partners Marie-Françoise Leduc and Émilie Dassonville, and is composed of a staff of twenty.
