Anne Béchu

Joined the Rochelois Office in 2000, appointed as a notary in 2008 and then as a partner in 2010, Anne Béchu is head of the Real Estate Leasing Service.
Specialised for the last 20 or so years in the Real Estate Leasing Service and passionate about the development of this type of permanent financing, Anne Béchu has been supporting her institutional clients as well as investors and operational companies in their financing operations, whether in the acquisition of real estate or land, the legalities surrounding construction, implementation of a selection of guarantees, rental periods and any subsequent adjustments in the course of contracts.
Since 2010, Anne Béchu has been a part of this department, first with Sylvie Gouguenheim and then, after the departure of the latter in 2018, with the assistance of Philippe Leroy-Vivien and Bénédicte Lecarpentier.
Education
- A graduate from the Université de Paris II Pantheon-Assas and holder of the Higher Diploma in Notary Studies, as well as a Higher Diploma in Taxation from the Université de Paris Dauphine.
