Joined the Office in 2017, appointed as a notary in 2019, Benjamin Lauter will help you with your files in Promotion and Construction.
Drawing on his earlier experience in a major Lyon office, where initially he concentrated on a clientele of promoters, social landlords and public developers, Benjamin Lauter joined the Rochelois Office in 2017, in the Promotion and Construction Service.
Together with Laurent Paoli, he mainly supports a clientele of constructors and promoters.
After becoming a salaried notary in 2019 and then a partner notary in 2022, he now leads on consolidating the development of this sector.
Education
- He holds a Higher Diploma of Notary Studies from the Université de Lyon III.
