Flore Bernard
Partner notary since 2026
Having joined the firm in 2014, qualified as a notary in 2016 and then becoming a partner in June 2026, Flore BERNARD heads the Family and Estate Law department.
After completing a university degree with focus on estate law, corporate and business law, and obtaining the Diplôme d’Aptitude aux Fonctions de Notaire (Postgraduate Diploma in Notarial Practice), Flore BERNARD spent her entire professional career at the Étude Rochelois, where she developed a recognised expertise in estate planning and succession.
Her work mainly involves supporting families through key moments in their lives: inheritance, gifts, marriage contracts, divorces and the organisation of family assets. Over the years, she has developed a particular skill in handling high-stakes family and tax cases.
She specialises in the implementation of complex gifts, particularly transgenerational gift-sharing, which allow the transmission of wealth to be organised over several generations while preserving family harmony and optimising the civil and fiscal aspects of the operation.
Flore BERNARD also supports business owners in their business succession plans, in collaboration with their usual advisers. Her comprehensive approach allows her to address family, wealth, and entrepreneurial challenges simultaneously in order to secure the long-term viability of succession plans.
Committed to a relationship of trust with her clients, she favours an approach based on listening, availability and finding tailored solutions that align with each family’s goals and history.
