Julien Lauter

Partner notary since 2010

Joined the Rochelois Office in 2004, appointed as a notary in 2009 and then as a partner in 2010, Julien Lauter serves as the Head of the Family and Property Law Department.

After monitoring national real estate players for seven years, Julien Lauter, with the help of Caroline Simon, and his team took up the challenge of boosting the sector dedicated to Family Law by drawing on the methods of the institutional files of the Office.
A professor at the Université Jean Moulin de Lyon since 2004, his academic activities helped him develop increased expertise of the rules of family law and literary and artistic property.

His educational activity also includes a list of articles in journals and publications (Semaine Juridique, Defrénois, JurisArt, Dalloz Notaire – Spécial Concours, and more), as well as preparing topics and correcting national examinations.

Julien Lauter is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Henri Cartier-Bresson Foundation.

  • Holder of a Higher Diploma in Notary Studies from the Université de Lyon III.
